About Me
Hi, I’m James. I am the founder of Resonant Operations, where I help small businesses implement the modern software and systems they need to scale.
Before transitioning into tech, I spent 6 years working in Industrial HVAC, eventually earning recognition as the top HVAC apprentice in Minnesota in 2025.
Working in the mechanical trades taught me a unique way of thinking. I had to learn how to view complex systems as a whole, while simultaneously ensuring I never missed the critical details that keep them running.
Today, I leverage that same mindset to build business systems and digital infrastructure.
I no longer fix mechanical systems, but the work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail I learned in the trades haven't changed. I apply that same thorough approach to analyzing problems and providing holistic solutions to every business I partner with.
